Evidence-based mind-body practices for resetting the stress response system after a traumatic event or chronic stress, alleviating symptoms of PTSD and supporting deep relaxation
Practices for cultivating wellbeing and self-awareness
Tools for developing effective solutions to address priority social issues
How to find inspiration for change and meaning in ourselves and others
This workshop is intended for any age and experience level who have personally experienced a tragedy, traumatic event or major stressor in their life that they wish to transform into a catalyst for purpose and action. Participation in this workshop does not necessitate sharing personal details about their tragic experience, but they will be able to utilize the tools provided for personal healing and designing a path for purpose-driven action.
